You left something behind
If you do not yet know where the item is, contact the hotel, airport, transport operator or venue where it may have been left. If it has been found, obtain the holding location and collection instructions. An airport reference and a hotel reception handover are different starting points. Once release is possible, we can assess collection and return.
Someone in Turkey has a parcel for you
Check whether it is ready to hand over and whether you want delivery within Turkey or abroad. A local courier needs the sender, recipient and route. An international shipment also needs a contents and destination review. Tell us if the item is unpacked, fragile or too large for a small vehicle so the initial plan fits the actual task.
A document or appointment is holding up the task
Ask whether the paper is ready and whether a representative may collect it. If you need help organising those practical steps, use document and personal assistance. If everything is already approved and you only need transport, use the official document courier service. An institutional decision cannot be replaced by a courier booking.
What to send in your first message
Start with the item or task, its current location, your destination and any real deadline. If you have already returned to Europe, give the destination country rather than only the city name. You do not need a complete shipping declaration to ask an initial question. Further details can follow after the right service and next step have been identified.
