Yes, airport requests can be reviewed for Istanbul Airport, Sabiha Gokcen Airport, Antalya Airport, Bodrum Airport, Dalaman Airport, Izmir Airport and other airports when authorized collection is permitted.
Can you collect from hotels and resorts?
Yes. Hotel pickup can be arranged after reception or guest relations confirms the item is ready and approves courier handover.
Can you ship lost property worldwide?
Ana Kurye can arrange packing and cargo handover. Final international acceptance depends on the item, carrier, customs rules and destination country.
Are you an official airport or airline Lost & Found office?
No. Ana Kurye is an independent courier and item collection service and is not affiliated with or operated by any airport, airline, government agency or official Lost & Found office.
