Resident and household requests
Local courier coordination for residents in Turkey
Living in Turkey can involve collections from several addresses while you are at work or travelling. Ana Kurye helps coordinate the physical pickup and delivery of documents and suitable personal belongings.
Delivery to an apartment or managed building
Tell us whether the recipient, reception or building security will accept the item. Include access instructions when the booking is confirmed, and check that a named person is available. If reception cannot store the item, arrange another handover before pickup rather than leaving the courier to guess.
Documents for an appointment
Start with the institution’s written collection or submission requirements. A courier can transport an accepted package of papers, but cannot decide what an application requires or attend an appointment on your behalf. Check whether originals, a sealed envelope or a specific authorisation are requested before dispatch.
Requests while you are outside Turkey
A resident abroad can coordinate a local collection when the holder has permission to release the item. Supply the local contact, the readiness date and the receiving address. We review the physical route and any further transport separately; an initial enquiry does not grant access to a home or private office.
Repeat tasks need a clear handover each time
For recurring office or household pickups, explain the expected frequency and typical item size. Availability and price need confirmation for the actual route. Update us when the contact, building access or recipient changes so that an earlier delivery instruction is not reused incorrectly.
