With Ana Kurye, your lost item is collected from the airport before you pay our service fee. Once collection is confirmed, payment is completed before shipping.

This policy applies only to airport lost property collection and to Ana Kurye’s service fee.

You receive a written quote and service terms to approve before we start.

Collection and payment steps

Once you approve the written quote, we coordinate the collection authority and paperwork. We notify you when the airport handover succeeds, with a photo where possible. That confirmation is the point for payment; you do not wait for delivery to your address. International dispatch follows completed payment and the carrier’s acceptance checks.

Any mandatory airport, notary, consular or customs charges are separate from our service fee and are explained and agreed with you before work starts.

Ana Kurye is an independent authorised courier service, not an official airport lost and found office or airport partner.

WHEN YOUR BAG ARRIVES LATER

Delayed luggage at Antalya Airport?

Checked baggage sometimes travels on a later flight than its owner. The airline or its ground-handling company may locate the bags and send them to Antalya after you have already continued to your hotel.

Where that office permits an authorized representative to collect, we can evaluate airport collection and vehicle delivery to your hotel. The bag must first be confirmed as arrived and ready for release.

How collection and delivery work

Confirm the baggage location
Ask your airline or ground handler to confirm that the bags have reached Antalya Airport and are ready for release. We can contact the holding office to clarify the collection point when needed.

Share flight and baggage details
Send your airline, flight number, baggage report or reference if available, number and size of bags, and hotel or delivery address. Passenger name, PNR or passport information is requested privately only where needed by the holding office.

Complete the required authorization
The holding office must allow third-party collection. Its requirements determine the authorization format; a signed or handwritten authorization and passport copy may be requested. We check the requirements before dispatch.

Arrange a suitable vehicle
The number and volume of bags determine the vehicle. Multiple suitcases, golf bags and other bulky equipment need a vehicle courier rather than motorcycle transport.

Collect from the holding office
The courier visits the confirmed airline or ground-handling office. Bags are released after the office verifies the authorization. Photo confirmation can be shared where appropriate.

Deliver to your hotel
Reception or hotel security instructions are confirmed in advance. The bags are taken to the agreed reception or handover point, with timing confirmed for your request.

Suitcases, golf bags and bulky equipment

We assess checked luggage, suitcases, golf bags, ski equipment, baby equipment, sports bags and large travel bags. Golf bags may be treated as special or oversized baggage by the airline.

Bulky items and several bags require a suitable vehicle. Send their number and size so the collection and loading requirements can be checked.

What affects the arrangement?

The holding office’s release rules, document approval, bag dimensions, collection time, destination and vehicle availability all matter. Route, timing and the delivery quote are confirmed for each request before dispatch.

Ana Kurye provides independent courier coordination. Baggage tracing and release decisions remain with the airline or ground handler.

Four Golf Bags Arrived on the Next Flight

A group of four travellers staying in Belek received their delayed golf bags at their hotel that evening.

The group arrived in Antalya without four checked golf bags. The bags had missed the passengers’ original flight and were sent to Antalya Airport on the next flight.

The travellers were already staying at Güral Premier Belek and did not want to return to the airport. They contacted Ana Kurye with the relevant flight and baggage information.

The release process was handled through the Çelebi ground-handling office. The travellers prepared the requested authorization documents, and the collection requirements were checked.

Once Çelebi confirmed that all four golf bags had arrived and were ready for collection, Ana Kurye arranged a vehicle courier. The golf luggage was too large for motorcycle transport.

The courier collected all four bags and drove approximately 35 km to the hotel. Hotel security was informed about the courier vehicle in advance.

All four golf bags were delivered to the guests at their hotel that evening. This describes the completed delivery; timing for a new request is checked separately.

After the delivery was completed, the customer also left a rating on Ana Kurye’s Google Business Profile.

Can you collect my delayed bag while I stay at my hotel?

We can evaluate the request once the airline or ground handler confirms the bag has arrived and is ready for release. Collection depends on the office allowing an authorized representative and accepting the required documents.

Can you help if the baggage has not reached Antalya yet?

First ask your airline or ground handler to confirm its arrival and release status. A courier is arranged only after the holding location and collection requirements have been confirmed.

Can golf bags be delivered to Belek?

Yes, subject to authorized release and a suitable vehicle being available. Share the number and dimensions of the bags and the hotel details so we can check the route and vehicle.

Is same-evening delivery guaranteed?

No. The four-bag delivery described here was completed that evening, but each request depends on release confirmation, office opening hours, documents, vehicle availability and the route.
