Arrange a luggage handover between your hotel and airport
Travel through Istanbul without arranging your day around a suitcase handover. We review transport for luggage that is already available for collection, between a hotel, an agreed airport meeting point or another confirmed address.
Hotel checkout before an evening flight
Tell us when you must leave the room and whether reception has agreed to hold and release your luggage. Give the booking name only to the people coordinating the handover. If collection and airport delivery are several hours apart, discuss that gap in advance; a transport quote should not be assumed to include storage of any length.
Airport arrival and delivery to your hotel
Confirm how the luggage will become available at the agreed public meeting point. A courier cannot assume access to baggage reclaim or another restricted area. Tell the hotel who may accept the bags and whether the guest has already checked in. If the arrival time changes, contact us so the handover can be reviewed against availability.
A connection between IST and SAW
Istanbul Airport and Sabiha Gokcen Airport are on different sides of the city. Give both airport codes, the flight dates and the time by which you need the bags. Road conditions and handover requirements can affect feasibility. The published overnight transfer case below is an example of an agreed operation, not a guarantee that every connection can be met.
Describe the bags before requesting a vehicle
Share the number of suitcases, approximate dimensions and weight, and whether there are fragile or unusual contents. The transport needs to fit the luggage and the route. If the bags are missing or still held by an airport Lost & Found office, use the lost-property service first; release approval is a separate step from a planned hotel–airport transfer.

No. Agree a handover with you or an authorised recipient. Airline check-in and restricted-area access are outside the planned luggage transport.
Can you store the luggage after hotel checkout?
Discuss any gap between collection and delivery before booking. Availability and the full arrangement must be confirmed; storage is not automatically included.
